1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) protects our users, infrastructure, and the public internet. It applies to all accounts, applications, databases, and traffic on the Service.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Distribute malware, ransomware, or exploit kits
  • Run phishing, credential theft, or social-engineering campaigns
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email/SMS
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run similar high-abuse compute workloads without written approval
  • Launch or participate in DDoS, port scanning, or unauthorized access to systems
  • Host or distribute child sexual abuse material or content that exploits minors
  • Host illegal content under applicable law (including clear copyright piracy hubs)
  • Interfere with other tenants’ isolation, quotas, or network policies
  • Attempt to probe, bypass, or disable platform security or billing controls
  • Resell the Service in a way that conceals the end user’s identity for abuse

3. Resource abuse

  • Do not deliberately exhaust shared CPU, memory, disk, build minutes, or egress beyond fair use
  • Do not open recursive self-calls or traffic loops that harm the platform
  • Respect rate limits and plan quotas

4. Enforcement

We may investigate reports and automated signals. Actions can include warnings, throttling, suspension, termination, and reporting to authorities when required. We may remove content or stop workloads without prior notice when needed to protect the platform or others.

5. Reporting

Report abuse via Contact with evidence (URLs, timestamps, logs). We review reports as promptly as practical.

6. Relationship to Terms

This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning in the Terms.
